The Big 100!
Yes, this is my 100th post! I'd like to drop balloons and streamers from the ceiling, but that would make a big mess here and be totally lost on you. So instead, I thought I'd celebrate by sharing some of my favorite blogs and bloggers. After all, the most pleasant surprise to me in the blogging world is that sense of community we manage to build with one another - especially in the realm of Mommy Bloggers! So while this is by no means an all-inclusive list, it's definitely a glimpse of my virtual stomping grounds.
Our first stop in the blog tour would be Vegan Momma. This blog has a wide variety of postings and great photography. Opal has an interesting raw food blog as well, called The Raw & The Cooked. Although I'm not totally vegetarian (yet?) this site has some yummy recipes and beautiful photos. I've gotten some good food ideas over there.
Next stop is Green Girl's Guide. This one is an informative blog on all things green, such as recycling and (my favorite) chemical-free living. Green Girl's Guide just got a new look, so check them out! They have great plans for this blog.
Any mommy blogger on the path to natural child rearing should check out The Lactivist on a regular basis. I'm a big fan of this blog because of her edgy posts, her sense of humor, and of course her stand on breast feeding. The comments on this blog are often as interesting as the posts!
I think one of my all-time favorites is a choice of lots of mommy bloggers - Confessions of a Pioneer Woman. I'm thinking she must sleep with her camera around her neck! This woman can take a picture, let me tell you. And if you like pictures of cowboys and horses, and those amazing skylines you think must be fake unless you live Out West, you must check this blog. The writing evokes enough imagery, with or without the photos. This is a very popular blog. I comment there often, but so many people comment here - well, I'm just one in a very big fan base.
I have a lot of blogs I visit regularly, so keep an eye on the "Oh, the Places I Go" section where all my links are. This list isn't all-inclusive yet, but it will be! I've found other people's blog rolls are a great place to find favorite hang-outs. So keep an eye on it. And thanks for celebrating my 100th post with me!
Now, time to clean up all these balloons...

Thanks for the commendations on our blog. We are working on yet another upgrade.. keep your eyes posted. Also our Envirosax bags are in and our store should be working (excuse our dust) by the end of the month!!!!

Icancarry... I tend to visit blogs from my bookmarks, but I work off two different computers. Can never find who I'm looking for at the right time! So I figured the same - I just have to keep my blogroll up to date and work off that. Tons easier! Plus I get to share my finds, and yes, laundry avoidance, girls!
